Frequently asked questions

What is included in a soft play rental package?

Each package includes a selection of soft play equipment, including mats, climbing shapes, ball pits, slides, ride-ons, and safety barriers. Packages vary by size, and add-ons can be booked depending on availability.

How long is the rental period? 

Our standard rental period is 4–6 hours, but you can request extra time or full-day rentals for an additional fee.

Do you deliver and set up the equipment? 

Yes! We provide delivery, full setup, and collection. We ensure all equipment is safely installed before your event starts.

How much space do I need for the soft play setup?

Each package requires a different space. We recommend measuring your area beforehand. If you’re unsure, we can advise once you tell us the dimensions of your hall, garden, or venue.

Can the soft play be used outdoors? 

Yes, but only on flat, clean surfaces such as grass, artificial turf, or patios. Ideally, outdoor setups shouldbe covered by a gazebo or marquee to protect equipment from weather changes.

Do I need to provide anything for setup? 

Just a clear space free of sharp objects, pets, or furniture. We’ll handle everything else.

Is the soft play safe for babies and toddlers? 

Absolutely. All equipment is designed for babies and toddlers. We clean and sanitise everything before and after each use. However, it is the client's sole responsibility to determine if their child/children are fit to use the equipment.

How many children can use the soft play at once?

This depends on the package size. On average, we recommend 6–12 children at a time to maintain safety.

Do you clean the equipment? 

Yes. All items are fully sanitised before and after each event to ensure a clean and safe play environment.

Do you require a deposit? 

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is included in each package.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

For outdoor bookings, we always recommend having a backup indoor location. If extreme weather prevents setup, we offer rescheduling options.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, cancellations made within a certain timeframe may be refunded or transferred to a new date. Please refer to our hire agreement terms and conditions for full terms.

Can I add a bouncy castle or extras to my booking?

Yes! Add-ons depend on availability.
